Shana P. Nogues, Esq. graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2009. She went on to attend law school at Tulane University Law School where she received the Dean’s Academic Scholarship and served as Managing Editor of the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. Prior to joining Laing And Weicholz, Ms. Nogues gained extensive experience in civil defense litigation, served as extern to a federal judge, the Honorable Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt, and served as a Guardian ad Litem for children committed to Florida’s dependency system. Ms. Nogues is also a published author, a member of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Nogues is committed to providing sound and practical advice to achieve swift, efficient resolutions to legal matters and takes pride in her strategic, zealous representation of her clients.
